Please join us for a relaxing get away in our 130 year old plus Federal farmhouse with modern amenities. We are located in the historic Leatherstocking Region of beautiful upstate New York in Oneonta. This house was once part of a large dairy farm back in the 1860's. We would like to invite you to enjoy the warm ambiance of our cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated home.
Unwind in our large living room, cheerful dining room or our screened in porch where one can hear our babbling brook. Our rates includes a full course breakfast. Fresh flowers are in each room with homemade chocolates at the bedside. Our town houses the Soccer Hall of Fame, the Detroit Tigers Baseball Farm Team, Cooperstown Baseball World Camp, Hartwick and Oneonta Colleges, Foothills performing arts center, golf courses, numerous antique shops, various local businesses and restaurants located in beautiful downtown Oneonta. We are a very short drive to the Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, the Glimmerglass Opera House, and many other attractions.
Our home features the Charles Suite which is a first floor room with a private bath. We also have three wonderfully decorated rooms located on the second floor. The Sadie room has a King size bed, the Rudy room has a Queen size bed, and the Cody room has two twin size beds for versatility. These bedrooms share two full bathrooms.

Jon's Stuffed French Toast is a Texas toast stuffed with a delicious blend of cream cheese and Strawberry's or Blueberries. Cooked to perfection with a hint of Vanilla.

Choose your breakfast menu with Chef Jonny, he can tailor the menu to just about anything you desire, from just basic fried eggs, toast and your choice of breakfast meat. We have all the staple items like pancakes, oatmeal, cereal and fruit.We even offer exotic meals such as Huevos Ranchero.

We are a bit different than other B&B's in the fact that we offer a huge variety of Breakfast options catered to our customers needs as we shop daily from local vendors. We guarantee to meet and exceed your breakfast experience. It will be served wherever you prefer, from our outside porch, in-room, the living room or dining room. We can serve your meal anytime between 6:00 and 10:30 AM.
