We welcome you to join us for a relaxing getaway in the picturesque town of Oneonta located in the historic Leatherstocking Region of upstate New York. Our establishment is a refurbished federal farmhouse that is over 140 years old. The farmhouse was once a part of a large dairy farm back in the 1860’s and gives off a warm ambiance that allows you to enjoy an atmosphere that is both cozy and comfortable in a tastefully decorated home.
Make yourself at home in our large living room or enjoy a delicious and fulfilling breakfast in our cheerful dining room. Unwind to the soothing sound of a nearby babbling brook while relaxing on our peaceful screened-in porch. Our nightly rates include a full course breakfast that you select from our extensive menu. Breakfast is served anytime you would like between 7:00 and 10:30 AM.
Our town is home to several unique and interesting attractions including: the Soccer Hall of Fame, the Detroit Tigers Baseball Farm Team, Cooperstown Baseball World Camp, Cooperstown All-Star Village, Hartwick College and Oneonta State College. In addition you can find a variety of local businesses and restaurants that are located in historic downtown Oneonta. We are also only a short drive away from the Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, the Glimerglass Opera house, the Ommegang Brewery, and many other captivating attractions.
Our beautiful home features three versatile suites that share two full bathrooms. The Charles Suite is a king suite located on the first floor offering better accessibility and a Private en suite bathroom with sit down shower. The Sadie Room is also a king suite and is located on the second floor along with the Rudy Room which has a queen size bed, and the Cody Room which has two twin size beds.
Our guest’s comfort and satisfaction is our top priority and we look forward to providing you with a memorable experience.

Included with your stay is a full breakfast each morning, and is served anytime you wish between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Offered, is our inclusive breakfast menu that is sure to fit anyone's taste. With our signature ‘Stuffed French Toast’, Stuffed Crêpes, Eggs Benedict, Egg Strata, Huevos Rancheros, and anything else you can dream up - it's a breakfast not to be missed! All dishes are made with only the finest ingredients from our local vendors. During off-meal periods, a guest will always have access to our quaint kitchen and its utilities.
