Full refund if cancellation is made 14 days prior to booking.
If cancellation is less than 14 days prior and room can be resold, a $25 cancellation fee will apply. Remainder of deposit will be refunded.
If cancellation is less than 14 days prior and room cannot be resold, full deposit will be retained.
