This is the restored turn of the century home of pioneer industrialist James G. Marshall, the founder and later general superintendent of all Union Carbide Plants.

This authentic Arts and Crafts property, within walking distance of Niagara Falls, USA, and Canada, and a five minute cab ride from the Amtrak station, is noted for its outstanding woodwork and architectural detailing.

The B&B is a Niagara Falls Local Historic Landmark and is on the New York State and National Registers of Historic Places. It is located in the Park Place Historic District

    Take New York State 90 and follow directions for Niagara Falls, NY using 90 West and connect to Rte 290 West to 190 North. Continue along 190 North and cross over two bridges. At the bottom of the second bridge, bear right and enter the Robert Moses Parkway going North. Remain on the parkway until the first exit for downtown. At stop light, make left on Buffalo Avenue. Turn right at 3rd Street and continue on 3rd Street for five traffic lights then make a right on Main Street (Rte 104E)and continue to next block. Post Office is on the right side and Park Place on the left hand side of the street. Proceed into the second block. Park Place Bed and Breakfast is on the left side at 740.

    When leaving the Buffalo airport, follow signs for Niagara Falls, NY. Take 90 to exit 50. Exit 50 will connect to 290 West. Rte 290 West will connect to first bridge and 190 North. Follow 190 North and cross over second bridge and at bottom of second bridge, bear right on the Robert Moses Parkway going North. Remain on parkway until the first exit for downtown. At the first traffic light turn left on to Buffalo Avenue and continue to 3rd Street. Make a right on 3rd Street and proceed through five traffic lights. Continue on 3rd Street until Main Street (Rte 104E) and make a right. Continue to next block past the Post Office and bear left onto Park Place. Park Place Bed and Breakfast is in the second block on the left side at 740
