This beautiful apartment in a pre-war building is located within walking distance to Central Park and the legendary Riverside Church. Apartment is half a block away from public transportation on Broadway (#1 subway). The neighborhood offers a rich diversity of restaurants, shops (Zabars! Fairway, Citarella, Barney's, Filene's, Barnes & Noble & Columbus Avenue boutiques). The interior is fully furnished with designer art and furniture. Newly renovated equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new bathroom, wood floors, and empty closets. This apt. is used for short term housing only. No personal items in apt. No smoking! No pets. Wifi and cable is provided. Linens and towels are provided. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, etc. Queen sized bed, full size futon and a full size airbed (each sleeps 2). Washer and Dryer are in the building. Riverside Park is the hidden gem of the city, with a European style promenade, wooded paths for walking/running, and gorgeous views of the Hudson. There are all types of sports fields, a skate park and two wonderful childrens' playgrounds. Entrance to park at 103rd street. There is an outside terrace cafe. Gorgeous in springtime with all the blooms. Equally beautiful in winter. The neigborhood is exceptional - safe and quiet, with lots of great little eateries. Night time walks along Riverside Drive or West End Ave are especially nice. Within walking distance to a variety of NY sights, including museums, Columbia University, and St John the Divine. The #1 train will take you to other parts of the city like Times Square, Herald Square, The Theatre District in a relative short ride (less than 20 minutes). Easy access to the Henry Hudson Pkwy aka West Side Highway if you are driving. CLEANING FEE: $85 ADDITIONAL GUEST (after 2 guests) : $20/night
