Reserve a pleasant apartment in the Historic Chelsea district. Our brownstone is on one of the most beautiful landmarked blocks in NYC. Here you will find an oasis of peace and quiet in your own fully equipped studio apartment with private garden, while being minutes away from all the excitement of the city. It is a sharp contrast to the sometimes circus-like atmosphere of many large midtown hotels. You couldn't choose a lovelier spot to stay.

5 out of 5Your very own apartment in New York

This was the second time I have stayed at the apartment and each time I leave wanting to go back as soon as possible. The apartment is everything you could want. Beautifully furnished, all the rooms a good size, great natural light, clean, warm and comfortable. It’s in a gorgeous Brownstone building on a picturesque tree-lined street in Chelsea. There are great local amenities and transport links and is nearby to some wonderful places such as Chelsea Market, the Meatpacking District and The High Line. A special mention must go to our wonderful hosts Karen and Paul. They are so knowledgeable about the city and are there when you need them and always happy to give you recommendations. I cannot wait until I return.

My daughter and spent 3 weeks at a Garden in Chelsea in February and we loved it. So much better than being in an impersonal hotel. We moved in, unpacked, and felt at home immediately. The kitchen was well set-up, lots of thick white towels in the bathroom, plus cozy bathrobes. Karen and Paul were the most gracious of hosts, nothing was ever too much trouble. The perfect holiday really. Highly recommended.

This charming studio apartment in a historic brownstone on a beautiful block in Chelsea is the perfect place to stay! If feels like your own home--or like the place you would like to live in NYC. The innkeepers are delightful and helpful, and can recommend so many great things to do in the neighborhood and all around the city. My husband and I had a very romantic night, and would love to go back for a longer stay. There are great art galleries, restaurants, and shops close by. The room is nicely decorated, the bed is comfortable, and it's very quiet. All in all, a perfect place and perfect location for enjoying NYC!
