Our beautiful new Guest House (sleeps 6-10) features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, hand-crafted stone fireplace, wood floors, spacious light-filled bedrooms.

    Adagio Guest House

    This was the perfect weekend spot for my family. We were attending a wedding in High Falls and were glad to have the lovely setting, the outdoor areas and living space for gathering, and the spacious kitchen in which we frosted wedding cakes! We saw deer in the backyard and a huge woodpecker by the driveway. The service was excellent, although breakfast is not included for this house. No problem - we could make our own delicious pancakes.

    We rented the guest house for two weeks, and it was a delightful choice. The house was spacious enough for our whole family. It is nestled in a wooded area, quiet and peaceful. We sat out on the deck with our morning coffee, and in the evening, we relaxed after a day of hiking or exploring or shopping. The house is well-equipped, and with four bedrooms and three baths, you can certainly be together without getting into each other's space. On top of all that, the cost is very reasonable. There is no TV or internet service at the house, but a brief walk up the drive provides internet access at the bed and breakfast. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway for your family, I'd certainly recommend this guest house.

    Great room & breakfast

    My wife and I spent 3 nights here and enjoyed every minute of it. We stayed in the cherry wood room which is very spacious and the bathroom was also very spacious. The back deck is roomy and comfortable, was also nice to spend Morning & Evenings on it. The breakfasts were chef worthy delicious. All in all this place is a great value and I highly recommend it! It is tucked away in the hills and very close to High Falls & Rosendale which are interesting little towns.

    • Minimum Stay: Two night minimum stay; three nights on holiday weekends.

    • Deposit Amount Required: We need a Visa, Master, or Discover card to hold your room but we will not charge against the card unless there is a cancellation.

    • Cancellations: If you give us 14 days notice, 21 days for holiday weekends, we charge you NOTHING. If you cancel within 14 (or 21) days and we can rent your room to someone else, we charge you NOTHING. If we can't rent your room, we charge you 50% of your reservation. If you have already arrived and must leave because of emergency, we will give you a credit for the unused portion of your stay.
