Our newly renovated 1815 Federal style Bed & Breakfast is within steps of Salmon Creek and Ludlowville Falls. With four comfortable guest rooms, the Inn maintains it's history and architecture of the Federal period along with all of the modern day comforts such as air conditioning, private baths, and WiFi, just to name a few. A perfect retreat for relaxation or a romantic getaway.
At the top of the grand stairway, the Lincoln Room was the original bedroom in the 1815 Miller Mansion. This spacious room has a queen canopy bed as well as a day bed, with the ability to accommodate 1 additional guest. Generous seating provides a cozy spot to curl up by the romantic fireplace or simply to watch an old movie on the flat screen TV/DVD player. A private bath, once a sitting room adjacent to the master suite has antique light fixtures, a tub and shower, and an Eastlake converted dresser which serves as a vanity. You will find this room both stately and elegant.

Spacious and airy, this suite overlooks the gardens and has a treetop feeling. The large room features a queen sleigh bed, a dresser, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. French doors separate the main bedroom from the smaller sitting room, which sleeps up to one additional guest on the day bed. This room offers comfortable seating in which to curl up in front of the fireplace, or space to enjoy evening refreshments. Both rooms provide comfortable temperature control, in addition to a private bath with bathtub and shower and all of our special amenities.

The Abijah Miller Room is located in the 1844 addition of our Bed and Breakfast. This cozy, comfortable room has generous morning sunlight and overlooks the beautiful gardens with the sounds of the waterfall in the background. There are period furnishings, including an antique dresser and burnished brass, queen-size bed. There are two easy chairs near the windows, with a garden view. The newly renovated en suite bath has a large and relaxing rainfall shower.

The Frances Miller Room is located at the top of the second staircase in the portion of the home renovated in 1844. This cheerful room with cottage style furnishings is nicely appointed with a white iron queen-size bed and en suite petite bath with shower. The white painted wood floors and soft color scheme adds to its country cottage charm. Enjoy the abundance of afternoon sun while curling up with a good book, or while watching an old movie on TV.
