What a lovely inn! Duncan and Russ were charming, the room was spotless, the shower was heavenly, the sheets luxurious. Breakfast was a 3 course feast. If you're a fan of Victorian architecture you will appreciate how lovingly the building has been restored. We would HIGHLY recommend!!

We stayed at The Croff House for five nights over Memorial Weekend while attending our son's wedding. The hospitality and breakfasts were wonderful. Russ and Duncan could not have been more accommodating....having coffee available by 7:00am every morning, for example. The bedroom was large, but not spacious since it housed a king sized bed. The bathroom shower was fantastic; we're using it as a model for a re-model of ours at home! The public spaces (living areas, porch, etc.) are comfortable and attractive. Anyone looking for a great bed and breakfast close to the action in downtown Hudson would not be disappointed with the accommodations at The Croff House.
L&D: Thank you! Thank you! We really appreciate the sensational review and are so happy you enjoyed yourselves at The Croff House during your stay for your son's wedding. We also happy that the design of the inn was an inspiration for you and we'd be happy to point you in the right direction for any specifics you may need. Don't hesitate to give us a ring. We hope that next time you're in the area, you will once again stay with us. Until then, once again, many thanks!

Loved the Croft House. The hosts were warm and went out of their way to be helpful. Great toiletries. We were upgraded and had a large, well furnished room. Loved the bedding and the sheets were exceptional. Creative, delicious breakfasts. Lots of food.
Thank you so much for the great review! We're so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. As our goal is to provide 5-Star experiences please let us know if there was anything we could have done to have improved your stay with us, although based on your wonderful praise that doesn't see very likely. We hope to see you again soon and thank you for sharing your comments with future visitors.

My husband and I spent one night on a little mid-week getaway. It was lovely. Duncan and Russ are excellent and friendly hosts. Breakfast was super. This is great location from which to explore Warren Street, the galleries and shops. Hudson needs more merchants open on days other than Sat and Sun.
Thanks for sharing your comments with us. We constantly strive to provide 5-Star service and would welcome any feedback you might have that would have helped us accomplish that during your stay. We agree wholeheartedly and wish more of Hudson's stores were open mid-week, which is clearly beyond our control. Regardless we're glad you enjoyed your stay. Again, thank you for the nice review and we hope to see you again to earn that "5th Star"!

We were looking for a quick getaway from NYC to celebrate our 10-year anniversary and recharge, but only had 24 hours...this hit the spot! The Esselstyn Suite, with it's comfy king bed, bay window, large soaking tub, and fireplace was just what we needed. Thanks, Duncan and Russ, for your hospitality and maintaining such a gorgeous property! We will return! Jeff & Mark
J&M: Thank you SO much for the amazing review! We're so happy you enjoyed your short trip to celebrate your anniversary so much and that The Croff House could provide you with all you needed to relax and enjoy yourselves, including all the in-room amenities. We hope to see you again before your next anniversary (birthday, perhaps?), but until then Congratulations on 10 years and we look forward to seeing you again soon. Thanks a million!
