    Located in the center of the Historic District, across the street from Seneca Lake, a short stroll from the downtown restaurant district past historic rowhouses, and bordering Hobart and William Smith Colleges. The Chapman House features large rooms, tiled baths and elegant, but comfortable appointments. Beds range from King to Queen, with a two room suite available.

    Very very nice!

    As this was our very first stay in a Bed & Breakfast ever, this encounter will definitely make us visit a B&B again. The room was lovely, it was large and thus had room for chairs, tables, etc, the view was nice, location was great, the bathroom was great and the WiFi worked like a charm. We checked in late in the evening, but they left us a personal note to welcome us and give us some instructions. Steve made us breakfast and it had only French toast (with syrup) and sausages and/or fruit on the menu, but it was a great breakfast. Near the lake are many nice vineyards, so we had a great time here. I definitely recommend it, you'll enjoy your stay.
