Handsome Brook Farm Bed and Breakfast is a working berry farm located in the beautiful Catskills of Upstate New York. Each morning starts with a full home-made breakfast featuring from scratch baked goods and farm fresh organic ingredients. We feature rooms with private baths, and offer our guests the opportunity to relax in our beautiful setting and/or join us in farm activities.

- Cancellations:
Cancellations: April-November : No fee for cancellation within 30 days of reservation; 25% non-refundable deposit for cancellations 2 weeks-30 days prior to scheduled arrival; 50% non-refundable deposit for cancellations
1 week-2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival; No refund for cancellations 1 week prior to arrival. All Other Months: No cancellation fee up to 4 days prior to arrival. 50% non-refundable deposit if cancellation is made 3 days or less before scheduled arrival. - Accepted by the following agencies:
