We've made the long trek from Los Angeles to New York twice now just to visit this awesome B&B. This charming place is tucked in a small village and offers wonderful seclusion coupled with easy access to nearby tourist destinations and activities. Rooms are very comfortable and impeccably clean, and each look out onto the brook. In the spring and summer you can leave your private sliding door open and listen to the water and the singing frogs... heavenly! The farm features sheep (often with adorable baby lambs in sweaters), chickens, pigs, a cow, and the most affectionate barn cats you'll ever meet. I think there must be something in the water here, because all the animals are amazingly friendly and will readily approach you for cuddles and treats. Be prepared to gain a little weight during your stay, however, as Betsy and Brian are wonderful cooks and will give you hearty, delicious breakfasts and present you with irresistible baked goods in the evenings. Totally worth the calories!

stayed here with my family (we have 2 boys) and had the best time! From the animals, to the food and sweets, we were always full! Took a trip to Cooperstown, the Butterfly museum, and even caught an Oneonta Tigers game. Front row! Everything abou this place is top notch!!!! Cant wait for our next visit

This farm is like a page out of your favorite storybook. The landscape is beautiful and the animals are approachable and entertaining for children. The generous breakfast is fresh and sweet and is a great start to any adventure you find unfolding throughout the day in the lush countryside. You will enjoy every aspect of your stay.

We had such a good time when we visited over the summer, we are going back this weekend with friends. Our kids said this was better than most amusement parks adn I have to agree.

Our family loved this farm B&B experience. Bryan and Betsy are wonderful hosts who make you feel right at home. The farm is adorable and peaceful and their home is warm and inviting.
