Hill Top B&B was built by early German settlers next to a famous General Herkimer Home in the middle of Mohawk Valley. Our Bed & Breakfast conveniently located in close proximity to NYS Thruway, Cooperstown, Herkimer Diamond Mines, Ommegang Brewery, Erie Canal, Saratoga Springs,Turning Stone Casino, multiple amusement and water parks, Howe Cavern and many many other tourists attractions. Our neighbors include Amish settlers from Pennsylvania; it is not unusual to see a horse and buggy on the local roads.We make our breakfast from fresh eggs, milk and produce that we buy from local farmers-our neighbors. This house was beautifully restored and furnished in 2011. Our guests feel immersed in an 18-th century French atmosphere as they relax and unwind. Hill Top Bed & Breakfast offers elegant accommodations, charm, the finest European hospitality and a fabulous escape for any time of the year. Special attention to every quest is the main goal here at the Hill Top B & B. We will provide you with peace, comfort and superb breakfast.

I stayed at the bed & breakfast early August 2012. The owners made me feel like I was an honored guest, but also made me feel at home and very welcome. We shared an excellent evening with a beautiful dinner, wine and great conversation. The breakfast the next morning was the best breakfast ever! And the hospitality and spirit of the owners was heartwarming. I hope to be able to return and visit again. Thank you!

We stayed at Hilltop a weekend in August 2012 & we had a fabulous stay. Val & Leo are such genuine, caring people who give the impression they'd give you the shirt off their backs if it would make you happy. Their goal is to make you happy & comfortable and that's exactly how we felt. The decor is incredibly beautiful, beds comfy, food outstanding with a beautiful view from the porch. A soak in the hot tub out back made our last night a special one & our visit complete. Lovely B&B in incredibly lovely innkeepers. Thanks so much Valerie & Leo! Gena & Jason
