    • Minimum Stay: During some weeknds and summer weeks.

    • Deposit Amount Required: Reservations at The Hedges Inn require a 50% deposit of the total charges to secure accommodations. Unfortunately we are unable to hold rooms without a paid deposit.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations of two nights or more made within 60 days prior to the arrival date the deposit will be fully refunded less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the room charges for the entire stay reserved. Cancellations of two nights or more made within 30 days of arrival will be responsible for the full reservation.

    • Open All Year Round: No
