The entrance to Whispering Woods Bed & Breakfast. The front porch is a quiet place where many of our guests enjoy their morning coffee.
The Elms Room - This airy room has a queen bed, private bathroom, desk and large closet. This corner room overlooks the expansive backyard and woods.
The Oaks Room - There is room to roam in this spacious bedroom. There is a queen bed, couch (that opens into a full bed), walk-in closet, desk and private bathroom.
The Maples Room - Antiques adorn this bedroom with a queen-size bed. Additional features of the room include a desk, walk-in closet and private bathroom.
The Pines - This room features two queen size beds, couch, closet, desk, private bath (with skylight) and flat-screen television. The dormer windows in this spacious room overlook the front yard.
Our main dining room overlooks the backyard and in-ground pool. Breakfast can also be enjoyed in the sunroom that overlooks the side and backyard.
Take time to unwind and enjoy the summer breezes on our front porch.
Enjoy quiet and solitude in our beautiful in-ground pool. Bring your bathing suit; we'll provide the towels and sunscreen.

Our four Victorian-style bedrooms each have a private bath with amenities, queen-size bed(s) with luxurious bedding, clock, ceiling fan and desk. A common room offers a large screen cable TV, plush sofas, game table and bookshelves. Wi-Fi is available throughout our home. Breakfast is prepared to your liking from our extensive menu. A wrap-around porch, patio and inground pool are idyllic relaxation spots in warmer weather. We offer private parking.

This was our first time staying at a B&B, and it truly did exceed our expectations. It was so quiet and the view was beautiful from every window. Pat and Bob put a lot of work into breakfast and it was phenomenal. There were so many food options to choose from, we wish we could have stayed another night to take advantage of the whole menu. The room was cozy, quiet, and the bed was VERY comfortable. We loved the private bath, which was very clean. There were a variety of books to choose from, including local history. Bob and Pat were very welcoming, friendly, and hospitable, always asking if there was anything else we needed during breakfast. Yet we felt that we were able to enjoy the time to ourselves. A perfect place to get away.

This was an unexpected delight! beautiful room, private bath, excellent bed, immaculately clean, lovely furniture. Breakfast was delicious -- many choices. Pat and Bob, our hosts, were lovely -- helpful in so many ways, and very accommodating, and fun!

Wonderful setting....fantastic house/rooms/decor....we live only 5 miles away and received a gift certificate to this location and it was fantaastic....great amenities, great room, great bed, nice bath facilities...and one over the top fantastic breakfast. Five Starts.

The inn (or B&B) is in a quiet, beautiful, rural location -- the quiet was much needed. And the host was warm & welcoming. She always made spectacular breakfasts. The place was great.

Excellent B&B! Peaceful surroundings, everything inside is immaculate! Pat prepared a wonderful breakfast. Good conversation. So when you see the 5 stars on the reviews for Whispering Woods its not an exaggeration. Its worth every star awarded.

From the airport, turn right onto Genesee Street. Turn left onto NY-33 W. Take the exit onto I-90 W. Drive 6.5 miles and take exit 54 to merge onto NY-400 S toward East Aurora/W Seneca/NY-16. Take the Jamison Road exit and turn left onto Jamison Road. Go approximately 3.6 miles and turn left onto Eldridge Road. Take Eldridge Road to the end and turn right on Stolle Road. Our home is on the right approximately .3 miles ahead.
