My wife surprised me with 2 evenings at Bella Vita as a surprise birthday gift and we both loved the beauty and uniqueness of this place. We were served a wonderful breakfast in our room each morning. We have stayed at many B&Bs and would definitely return to Bella Vita. The view from the balcony overlooking the vineyards and the room itself reminded us of Tuscany. We also enjoyed hearing how Lisa was fulfilling her dream of having a B&B and Anthony was fulfilling his dream of owning a vineyard and winery. We plan on giving our newlywed son and his new bride a Christmas gift of stay at Bella Vita.

My wife and I spent 2 nights at Sannino this summer. Lisa and Anthony are gracious hosts who both went out of their way to make the trip memorable. Anthony set up a private tasting at their vineyard where we got a great education on the wine making process - and consumed everything they bottle along the way! The wines were very good - we ended up going home with a full case. In addition, they sent us to several small wineries with outstanding wines, far better than what we expected to find on the North Fork. The room was gorgeous and in a very romantic setting. The breakfasts were outstanding, and we can't wait to go back next summer!

Spent a lovely day here. Close to everything, but far enough away to be secluded and tranquil. Modern decor, instead of the usual countrified. Really tasty breakfast. Great, king-sized bed. Wide screen tv. Friendly and available hosts. It's the only room on offer, so you'll be the only guests. I was very pleased with everything. An excellent value for money.

As a business traveler I see many hotels over the course of a year as I spend over 200 nights away from home. When a friend of the family decided to get married in Mattituck, NY I was in need of a room relatively close to the festivities on short notice (as I realized that the trains from Manhattan only run twice a day). But to my delight I was able to get a room at Sannino's. The room is well decorated with a beautiful Tuscan theme and a large bathroom. Once I arrived and got settled Lisa and Anthony made me feel at home right away. I was provided with a bottle of wine from their vineyard and a fruit and cheese plate upon arrival and in the morning I was given a beautiful continental breakfast of fruit and pastries. Anthony and Lisa went out of their way by offering me a ride to the wedding and then the train station the next day. I am so glad that I got to experience their warm hospitality and look forward to my next visit that will hopefully be a few days longer. Thank you, -Blanche
