B & B Ranch, Guest House & Spa is a country inn with 5 unique guest suites, a spa and indoor swimming pool all set among the country lanes just minutes from Cooperstown. We're pleased to offer gourmet food in an Italian kitchen and dining room. With a complete riding stable, equestrians are invited to tour the trails. We're home to a Community Supported Agriculture Farm, with a Buyer's Club and a home delivery boxed produce plan for the whole northeast. B & B is, lastly, a place to carefully reconsider health, diet and food priorities while enjoying the best of family, friends and nature.

Who knew this little jewel existed less than 90 minutes from Albany!!! The inn is lovely at every turn, and the beef divine. Will most certainly be back soon!

My husband and I were looking for somewhere nice to spend our 25th anniversary weekend. We had only 3 nights. Since we both wanted to see the baseball hall of fame- I checked this website for a nice B&B. I chose this one because it looked quiet and friendly. I can't begin to tell you what an icredible choice we made. The Inn is fabulous! Babe and Barb Giambetti are the most welcoming inn keepers we have met - and we have met a few. The tour of the farm was informative, the animals all wonderful and the view spectacular! All homegrown, homemade breakfast & dinner included in the room fees... indoor pool and hot tub, bar, I have never seen anything like this- the personal touches of family pictures, antiques and decor make you feel right at home. Horses are welcome as they have a wonderful stable, and riding lessons also! We wish the Giambetti's mcuh sucess - and you a wonderful experience!!!!

I visited in June and thought the wind would be blowing through, but it really is an outstanding B&B, more like a little hotel with big, big rooms, on a country country farm. Staff is super friendly and gave us a tour of the entire place. Jake and Linda, Albany

My only regret is that my stay was too short.. a mere 24 hrs, but every moment was truly enyoyable and very unique. The furnishings are magnificent, comfortable and classy. The views are breathtaking espcially from the screened in porches with rockers. The food was bountful, fresh, high end and scrumptious. I highly recommend this p;ace to anyone with good taste and a desire to relax and be pampered. The inkeepers really know how to treat their guests! I cannot wait to go back and shop at the food store that was yet operational when we stayed. Laila Kane of Moosic Lake, PA
