Vous trouverez l'appartement tel que sur les photos..pas de mauvaises surprises..Andrew est un gérant très discret mais très serviable si vous en avez besoin..le frigo bien rempli pour le petit déjeuner. La station de métro est a 5 minutes a pieds et la ligne C vous transporte en 25 minutes direct sur Time square.(port authority bus terminal).et bien d'autres endroit en un seul changement Cela fait 4 fois que nous allons a NY..et Brooklyn en location est aussi bien que les autres que nous ayons prises sur Manhattan..et surtout moins cher !!

We stayed at Madison Suite for a week in August. It is a one BR apartment with a stocked fridge for breakfast. Allows you to live like a New Yorker. The Apt is clean and spacious. Andrew is an excellent host and was available if we had any questions. Monroe St is on the edge of the gentrified area of Ft Greene and the area gets a bit rough if you walk south. Walk to the Clinton subway and you can get to Manhattan in about 20 min.

My husband and I stayed at Madison Suites and it was exactly what we wanted. Since it was a first time in the City we wanted to stay as if we lived in the City. Madison Suites was clean, the innkeeper was very nice and helpful if we had an questions or concerns. It was about a three block walk to the subway and its in a quiet neighborhood. The refrigerator was stocked with eggs, bagels, water and fruit juices which made it really feel like home. I would recommend this place to my friends. Thank you Andrew for the fantastic time! So comfortable, so inviting and at just the right price. Conveniently located only 5 minutes away from the subway. My mind was at ease and pleased to know I had a place of this sort to return to at the end of the day; the coziness, the amenities and the service. Kudos.

Madison Suites offered the ultimate Mommy's Timeout...amenities of home...lounge area, bedroom, serviceable kitchen and bathroom, wi-fi, minus kids and clutter! In the heart of my favorite borough, the location was easy to get to and not more than a hop, skip and jump from the subway on a quiet block. We had a good stay at Madison Suites - the apartment was clean and the fridge well-stocked. Andrew was very flexible with our arrival time and extremely helpful. Having wi fi at the apartment made it easy to plan our trips and access emails. A good value option for visiting NYC.

This place was great. Clean, comfortable bed. TV in the bed room. Kitchen was modern and clean. Me and my girlfriend had a great time staying there and the owner was great to both of us. Will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to New York!

I loved staying at this charming little apartment in Brooklyn! It made me feel like I was coming home after roaming around in the city. My friend and I were looking for something a little less expensive than the $300 a night hotel rooms in Manhattan and we stumbled upon this bed and breakfast site, which had reasonable room rates. What I liked most was that we paid less than half of what we would have paid for a hotel, and got more for our value, including a living room, kitchen, full size refrigerator (with food, bottled water and juice in it) and a microwave in case we had leftovers we wanted to heat up. The apartment had modern furnishings, a good amount of space, and made me feel right at home. Andrew, the innkeeper was great, he was so flexible with us as far as checking in and out, friendly, and gave us everything we needed in the apartment. Great stay, highly recommended!

This is good value, more room, privacy and amenities than a hotel. The bed was super comfortable, my husband loved the large screen TV, I liked the Wi-Fi for staying in touch and planning visits. Parking our car on the street was safe and easy, although we had to move it every other day during the week because of street cleaning rules. Andrew left us lots of breakfast food and plenty of bottled water, very much appreciated during the heat wave. We would have liked to use the kitchen more, but only a frying pan and spatula were available. Pots, cutting board, knives, dish rack would have all been useful, but we were able to find lots of good and cheap take out. AC kept us cool and provided white noise to help us sleep. Neighborhood is mixed, but we felt quite safe. Nearest subway is Franklin St. local stop; sometimes the C train unexpectedly goes express, but that's the MTA.

Spent 4 nights at the end of January, 2011. 2nd floor apartment is very conveniently located on a quiet one-way street with lots of good dining close by. Innkeepers keep the apartment well stocked with everything from snacks to breakfast food, lots of linens and bath supplies. Everything is maintained in pristine condition, and spotlessly clean. Great value!

Unser erster Aufenthalt in einem B&B in New York City war ein voller Erfolg. Der Gastgeber Andrew empfing uns sehr herzlich und war bei den kleineren Problemen, die das Leben in einer Wohnung auch im normalen Alltag mit sich bringt, unmittelbar hilfreich zur Stelle. Das Appartement war unerwartet groß und geschmackvoll-minimalistisch eingerichtet, wir haben uns schnell wie zu Hause gefühlt und das verglichen mit einem (guten) Hotelzimmer größere Platzangebot sehr genossen. Die Sauberkeit entsprach dem Niveau, das wir von einem 4-Sterne- Hotel in NYC erwarten. Der Weg zur nächsten Metro-Station war mit etwa 5 Minuten recht kurz, die Bahn (Linie C) brachte uns zudem direkt zu unseren Lieblingsorten in Soho, Tribeca, Chelsea und im Village. Das Restaurantangebot in unmittelbarer Umgebung können wir nicht bewerten, da wir fast ausschließlich in Williamsburg/Man-hattan essen waren (daher "technisch" nur ein Punkt). Tom's Restaurant - der Diner aus Suzan Vegas Song - ist allerdings mit der Metro nicht weit entfernt und auch ohne die musikalische Bewerbung mehr als einen Besuch wert, kitschig-kultig-lecker. Madision Suites ist für uns ideal, und sicherlich auch für andere Wiederholungs-Besucher in NYC ein guter Anlaufpunkt mit exzellentem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und viel lokaler Athmosphäre.

We were met by the innkeeper who carried our luggage, greeted us warmly and things just got better. Andrew was always just a phone call away. Supplied everything - even a brand new down quilt! Enough food for a whole family for days! Wonderful sheets and towels. Lots of space. Amazing value for a New York apartment stay.

The apartment, located in a vibrant and stimulating part of Brooklyn with excellent subway connections to Manhattan and Brighton Beach, is well worth a stay. Everything was prepared when we arrived (including a full fridge!) - the flat is clean, spacious & so much cheaper & closer to the community than a hotel.

I was a recent guest at Madison Suite in Brooklyn, NY. I wanted to post a review, because I found the accommodations to be very excellent - exceeding my expectations in all respects. The apartment is exactly as pictured; I only wish there were also photos of the comfortable bathroom with a rainfall shower head. It made taking a shower every morning a treat! In addition to the comfortable layout, with plenty of room for storage, the suite is in an easy location to walk and explore Clinton Hill and Bedford Stuyvesant. More than enough food was provided for breakfast for 2 adults, with a range of items that would please any travelers. Most importantly, Andrew was a very caring and conscientious host. He was always just a phone call away; even when I called on a Sunday afternoon he had someone to assist me within 5 minutes. I would not hesitate to stay at Madison Suite when next my plans include a stay in NYC. You can't find a better value - and trust me, I have stayed at more than a dozen B&B's all over the metro area.
