Our sunny and spacious guesthouse is located in a traditional Brooklyn walkup building that dates back to the 1930’s. 2 bedrooms are available and share a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is one of the most historic areas of Brooklyn, is located right on the R line (about 25 minutes from Manhattan - 12 mins from Wall Street by Xbus), and is full of wonderful restaurants, coffee-shops, pubs, diners and places to shop. You will get to see how New York City once was - full of mom-and-pop stores, barber-shops, ice-cream parlors, and amazing people with the good ole Brooklyn accent . The innkeeper is a Brooklyn artist that runs it and also lives and works there, and who will be available to answer any questions that you might have about Brooklyn or New York.
