Duplex Apartment entire 3rd and 4th floor in Park Slope Brooklyn. The duplex apartment features an open living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV, local and wi-fi Internet access. 2 bedrooms per floor furnished with either queen-sized and/or twin-sized beds. Two full bathrooms per floor. Each room has its own private entrance. Convenient to Downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan. The F, M, and R subways are only 3 blocks or 5 minutes walk away. Easy walking distance to Prospect Park, the jewel of Brooklyn, offering summer concerts, boating, horseback riding, and many other activities. Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Brooklyn Museum of Art, and Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) are also close by. Owners live on premise.
