5 out of 5A great retreat
September 08, 2012
Dan and Nancy provided us with excelent service. They aided us with event planing for the day. They were very knowledgable about local events. Cooked us with a wonderful meal every morning built to order. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Awesome jacuzzi tub with csndles and soft bathrobes. It was easy to find at a great central location. We couldn't have felt more welcome. Justin & Echo
5 out of 5A lovely Retreat
August 10, 2012
My husband, daughter and I stayed here this summer and found it to be a delightful retreat. It had just rained, and the smell of pine and cedar filled the air. Our hosts Dan and Nancy were so kind and friendly. They waited up for us as the rain delayed our arrival. There was cold bottled water in the fridge for us, and warm fuzzy robes for a trip to the bathroom down the hall. The beds were super comfortable, and it was a quiet and restful night. The window air conditioner was a help, as it was warm and humid outside but very comfortable inside. Breakfast was outstanding. Nancy gave us a lot of choices, and we chose the waffles and fruit cup. Wow. Outstanding. There was even real New York maple syrup to put on them, and we loved it so much we ended up buying a jug to take home with us. Nancy and Dan were very friendly and we so enjoyed chatting with them. Nancy even photocopied a map for us so we could hike in the Pharaoh Mountain area near Crane pond. We came as guests and left as friends. Outstanding on all counts. You will love it here.

My Husband and I stayed at this B&B over Veteran's day Nov, 2011. We were amazed at the cleanliness of the home, the kindness of Dan and Nancy, and how every detail of what we might need in our room was thought of and provided, even down to a 10pm snack of pumpkin pie for my husband! We can't wait to go back to this wonderful Inn!
4.6 out of 5Great place to relax!

This B&B is a great place to stay in the Adirondacks and very easy to find. It's a short scenic drive from the I-87 and a 20 minute drive from the caves nearby. The master suite was big, very clean and comfortable and the two person jacuzzi tub and AC were appreciated! The owners were very friendly and helpful, they recommended a wonderful restaurant in town (Cafe Adirondacks - reservations needed in summer). The home cooked breakfast of our choice was great (fruit cup, pancakes, coffee, sausage, etc.), Nancy is a very good cook! We even had the luxury of home baked cookies at night. They also have cute playful dogs. Definitely recommend this gem! There is no cell service at the B&B, but we had a signal on the nearby street and were offered to use their phone if need be.

5 out of 5Weekend getaway in a mountain paradise
May 27, 2011
We recently visited Adirondack Pines and had a wonderful stay. This charming B&B is truly a diamond in the rough. In the heart of the mountains, the surrounding country is scenic and peaceful. Our room (Master Suite in the main house) was simple yet elegant. My wife has Rheumatoid arthritis and the deluxe "memory foam" matress enabled her to have one of her most peaceful nights' sleep in recent "memory" plus the two-person jacuzzi was heaven. Dan and Nancy were wonderful, gracious hosts treating us like we were part of their family. Breakfast the following morning was truly a delight. We travel extensively for leisure and business and I can say without a doubt this was one of our most enjoyable B&B stays. We will definitely be back and look forward to our next trip to the Adirondack Pines.
