ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN IN VEGAS!
Designed by architects, Palmer & Krisel (Dan Palmer / William Krisel) who built the “Alexander Homes” in Palm Springs. It has been meticulously restored to give you a classic 1960s Vegas experience with contemporary Modern updates where appropriate.

1700+ square foot home is fully furnished with Mid Century Modern furniture, including designer pieces such as George Nelson lamps, Modernica, Eames, Bertoia, bullet planters, and unique period treasures. The interior features gold glitter ceilings!

The private, walled backyard features a huge custom in-ground pool long enough for laps (30 feet), and a fountain-depth 10 foot tanning ledge or "martini shelf" (Inspired by the Delano Hotel in South Beach, Miami) where you can sit in a chair IN the pool! A propane powered fire pit (inspired by Andre Balazs’ Standard Hotel in Los Angeles) will warm up the cooler Vegas nights.
