  Cancellations: My Cancellation Policy is as follows: - If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must confirm in writing or email at least 72 hours prior to our 4:00 pm check in time (beginning on the date of your expected arrival). - If you cancel your reservation 72 hours or more prior to the 4:00 pm check-in time(beginning on the date of your expected arrival), you will not be charged. - If you do not cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to the 4:00 pm check-in time, (beginning on the date of your expected arrival), you will be responsible for and charged for the full cost of the room. We will try to rebook your room, if we are successful, you will not be charged. My Cancellation Policy for Special Events (Celtic Colours Festival; Louisbourg Encampment; etc)is as follows: - If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must confirm in writing or email at least 2 weeks prior to our 4:00 pm check in time (beginning on the date of your expected arrival). - If you cancel your reservation 2 weeks or more prior to the 4:00 pm check-in time (beginning on the date of your expected arrival), you will not be charged. - If you do not cancel your reservation at least 2 weeks prior to the 4:00 pm check-in time (beginning on the date of your expected arrival), you will be responsible for and charged for the full cost of the room.We will try to rebook your room, if we are successful, you will not be charged.
