Blair House Heritage Breakfast Inn, a New Brunswick Bay of Fundy bed and breakfast, welcomes you to St. Stephen - Canada’s chocolate town and gateway to Atlantic Canada and New England.

A relaxing stop-over along the Bay of Fundy Coastal Scenic Drive on your way to and from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland.

In 2009 we celebrate our 22nd season welcoming guests from around the world to our bed and breakfast in southwestern New Brunswick. Friendly service, a relaxing atmosphere in comfortable surroundings, plus memorable breakfasts and evening tea are features that draw old friends back to Blair House year after year.

Experience 25 ft. tides on the St. Croix River just below our home. Take an extra day or two to enjoy a variety of sights and activities along our coast, rivers and countryside.

A choice of five bedrooms with reasonable rates in a quiet central location makes inviting family, friends or business clients easy. We are a pleasant alternative for those traveling on business.

Travel Directions from New England

From Calais, Maine cross the international bridge (St. Croix river) and go through Canada Customs. Turn right and follow N.B. Route 1 through downtown St. Stephen (1/2 mile/1 km) to the first set of traffic lights. Turn left up the hill to the next traffic lights. Turn RIGHT on to Prince William Street. Follow Prince William Street for 1/4 mile/0.4 km. Blair House is on the left, third house after the grey Anglican church.

Travel Directions from Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island & Saint John
From N.B. Route 1 on the outskirt of St. Stephen turn left at the Red Rooster restaurant/Esso gas station on to the Old Bay Road. Drive 1/2 miles (2 km) down the Old Bay Road past the golf course to a 'T' junction. (The St. Croix River is directly in front of you). Turn right on to Prince William Street. Blair House is about 2/3 mile (1.1 km) on the right at 38 Prince William Street. If you get to the grey Anglican Church you have gone 3 houses too far!

Travel Directions from north & central New Brunswick
From Route 3 at the traffic circle on the outskirt of St. Stephen follow Route 1 and 3 into St. Stephen towards the international bridge and USA. At the fourth set of traffic lights turn LEFT on to Prince William Street. Follow Prince William Street for 1/4 mile/0.4 km. Blair House is on the left, third house after the grey Anglican church.

Cancellations:
We have a 7-day cancellation/date-change notification policy. For group reservations (3-5 rooms) and/or multi-night reservations (3+ nights) the notice is 14-days. For short-notice cancellations a one-night’s charge per room booked may be charged. If we can re-book a room cancelled at short notice then only a $10./room administration fee may be charged.
