Only stayed one night but would have loved to have stayed for a week! If you like Victorian charm, this is a beautiful , "old" but much loved home, with modern conveniences. This love is evident in the touches and finishes in the home and garden and of course the BREAKFAST! Cheryl was warm and inviting, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly CLEAN. You will be sure to have a good nights sleep on the fresh, crisp sheets, that were hung on the clothesline to dry and partially IRONED! Just like grandma used to do! Cannot wait to go back for another visit. If you want a friendly, clean and affordable place to stay this is IT. Cannot say enough good things about it! Just go and see for yourself! Thanks Cheryl, for rescuing two stranded travellers and providing a great (CLEAN) place to lay our heads and fill our bellies! You and your beautiful home are what real down home Nova Scotia Hospitality is all about!!

Cheryl can often be found in enjoying her garden but also has other interests in architecture, antiques and art. She wants her guests to feel special and derives a lot of pleasure when people comment on how warm and inviting the rooms are and how comfortable the beds are.
