In the middle of Amsterdam, at one of the most beautiful places with a view of the famous Sarphatipark in the middle of the Pijp we offer you one of our nice, very affordable rooms for an excellent stay in Amsterdam, where you can have a great time in the city. We have several comfortable rooms of different sizes. Do not hesitate to ask for additional information. We welcome you as our guest and we will make sure that you have a pleasant stay in Amsterdam. Be inspired by our photo's and have a wonderful time in Amsterdam. To just get away, to shop, visit the many museums closeby like the Stedelijk Museum and the Van Gogh Museum. All the tourist sights are closeby. I short: you have many options in and our around bed & breakfast Parkview. You will stay in a hospitable atmosphere for a very affordable rate. We hope to welcome you at bed & breakfast Parkview in the center of Amsterdam. We have a fourperson room, a threeperson room, a double room and a single room. All rooms have their own kitchen/kitchenette/microwave, television, bathroom with shower and toilet, table and chairs. The rooms are clean, towels and bedsheets are included. New owners since May 3rd 2010.

I was visiting my girlfriend who was studying abroad in Italy, and we stay in one of the rooms here when we traveled to Amsterdam in April 2011. The room was great. We highly enjoyed to the experience and had a great stay. The only downside was the building is a bit far from the city center, but we didn't mind (we enjoy walking). I'd highly recommend staying here.

You won't go wrong choosing this place. It is quite small, but very clean with everything you need for a short stay, including a working refrigerator and TV. Was nice to have a clean bathroom with working hot water, and the owner was very amenable to my requests. Only thing that's odd is that they don't offer breakfast so the rating here is not really fair, but then again maybe it shouldn't be listed as a b&b.

Il b&b Parkview è in una zona tranquillissima, di fronte al parco..vicino ad un quartiere molto carino di sera pieno di ragazzi, bar e ristorantini. buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. utile la cucina in camera (anche se noi non l'abbiamo mai usata). unico difetto: colazione praticamente inesistente. proprietario molto carino e disponibile, camera pulita e con tutto il necessario. fermata davanti (comodissima) del tram 25 e 3. molto consigliato!!!!

I was visiting my girlfriend who was studying abroad in Italy, and we stay in one of the rooms here when we traveled to Amsterdam in April 2011. The room was great. The location is ideal if you want a relaxing time in Amsterdam. It still in a 15 to 20 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle and the park across the road was very peaceful too.

This was a very clean furnished place to stay, and a good value for money. This is conveniently located and well connected to AMS Central station area by tram. This is really not a B&B, as there is no breakfast or "service" provided. The owner is only reachable by phone, and we met him only once in 4 days of our stay. The person in charge of "service" is out at work from 7am to 7pm. Note that you will have to haul your baggage up some very narrow flights of stairs. There are no elevators.
