The Rum Runner Inn caters to a variety of accommodations requirements. Our air-conditioned rooms range from two double beds, queen and king size bedrooms. Each room features cableTV, phone and complimentary wireless internet access. Coffee makers and hairdryers are standard equipment in the rooms. All king size rooms have a glassed in veranda with an outstanding panoramic view of the harbour. Jürgen and Eva moved 12 years ago from Germany to Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. They came with their 3 children and made this beautiful town to their favourite place to live. Besides "working", they enjoying swimming and boating as well as eating good food and travelling all over the world.

Take exit 3 and turn left onto Hwy 213 towards Hammonds Plain. Take Hwy 103 West towards Yarmouth and leave on exit 11 towards Lunenburg. Follow the signs into Lunenburg. On 4-way stop sign go straight ahead into Montague Street. We are located on the right side.

Ideally located and reasonabley priced were the criteria I was looking for and this Inn exceeded my hopes. Lunenburgh is at your fingertips from here. We had a single bed room that was huge and comfortable. We even had a view of the harbour, if you looked out the window at an angle. The service was friendly and more importantly, unobtrusive. This is the place to stay in Lunenburg as far as I am concerned. Comfortable room, good view, friendly staff, good food. We liked it.

Coming from Europe, I visited Lunenburg for business and stayed a couple of nights in the Rum Runner Inn. I had a very friendly and polite service during check in and a king size room with a waterview which was more than impressive. The room was absolutely clean and I had the best night sleep in a hotel ever. I can highly recommend this small but very intimate hotel. Best Regards, Maria Grimm, Germany
