The Sable room is a wonderful retreat on the second storey overlooking the deck and gazebo and features a King bed a Regency style desk for corresponding.

Traveling from the Halifax International Airport, take Exit 37 approximately 20 minutes past Antigonish at Monastery. Turn south onto Highway 16, which leads directly into seaside village of Guysborough. DesBarres Manor is a leisurely 4 hour drive from Halifax following the scenic Marine Drive.
