Failte is situated in a large family home run by Mary and Pol Cormacain. With excellent transport links on our doorstep the city centre is only 9 minutes away by train. The train will so link you to the Waterfront Odyssey Arena and George Best city Airport to name but a few. The King's Hall is a 15 minute walk. Road links are also excellent as we are close to the M1and M2 via Westlink It is situtated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast is served in the large dining room which overlooks a fantastic garden. During breakfast you can enjoy some of Mary's delicious homemade products meanwhile Pol will keep you entertained with stories from home and away. He is a colourful character who sailed the seven seas as a young man and brings his own charm to Failte while aiming to make each and every guest feel at home. Together Pol and Mary have developed a successful bed and breakfast and your stay is sure to be most enoyable!

Europa Bus station|Bus|3.5|Take any bus travelling up the Lissburn Road calling at Finaghy Crossroads. Alight at 'Streat' cafe Walk back to the raffic lights and cross over to Finaghy Road North. Walk down Finaghy Road North take the first left into Finagy Park central Take the first right into Finaghy Park North. Failte is the white detached house on the right. There is no sign just the number 11.;Belfast Central|Train|3.6|Take train to Finaghy Halt. Exit the station (coming from belfast) via a lane to the left of the bridge while facing it. At the end of the lane cross over the main road into Finaghy Park Central. After one house turn rigt into Finaghy Park North Failte is the white house on the right. There is no sigh just the numer 11;M1 exit A55|Road|2.1|Head southeast on A55/Stockman's Ln toward Boucher Rd Exit on the right onto A1/Lisburn Rd Continue to follow A1 Turn right at Finaghy Rd N Take the 1st left onto Finaghy Park Central Take the 1st right onto Finaghy Park N Turn left to stay on Finaghy Park N Destination will be on the right;
