Since Dr. Zebulon Robinson built this Victorian structure in 1900 as his home, office and lodging for visitors taking in the summer airs, this house has enjoyed a reputation for hospitality. Only 10 minutes from Asheville, the Inn on Main Street is also 100 years into the country and small-town America. Weaverville is served by U.S. 19-23 North. The inn is one and one-half blocks south of Town Hall and the Weaverville Fire Dept. at the corner of Main and East streets. - Nearest major airport: Asheville, NC (AVL) 20 miles
- Directions from airport:
Take U.S. 26 West from the airport to I-240 into Asheville. Get off I-240 at exit 4A, U.S. 19-23 north to Weaverville. Exit at New Stock Road, turn right at the end of the ramp, then almost immediately turn left onto Merrimon Avenue. Drive a mile until you pass a small lake. Take the first right after the lake, Yost Street, drive up the hill and turn left onto Main Street. We are about three blocks down on the right, at the corner of Main and East streets. Turn right onto East and park in back.
