      If you must cancel all or part of your reservation, your full deposit less 10% processing fee is refunded with 14 days minimum cancellation prior to your scheduled arrival* - except in October and for holidays when there is a 21 day minimum cancellation period. If we rebook the room, $35 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations less than 14 days in advance. If the room is not rebooked, one night’s deposit or 1/2 the total stay will be charged. Early departures, and late arrivals are included in the inn’s Cancellation Policy. No-shows, early departures, and late arrivals are responsible for the full reservation cost. *Cancellation notice period for groups is not less than 21 days and is established on a case by case basis - if you are booking a group of rooms, please inquire.
