Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before date of arrival will be charged the equivalent of one night's stay. Cancellations less than 7 days from date of arrival will result in full charge for all dates of reservation.

    Pineneedles Room in Soft Sage tones offers fireplace,queen size bed, private bath with tub/shower combo. Sitting area with 19" cable TV. Individual climate control for air conditioning and heat. Hickory Hills Room features fireplace, king size bed and huge plate glass window overlooking the garden and brook. This room also offers a private bath with shower a sitting area and a lending library for relaxing with a good book.
    Pinehurst Room, the home's original master suite, offers two queen size beds, sitting area, fireplace and steam shower with seven wonderful shower heads. One of our most popular rooms because of the mountain views.The Plantation Room offers a queen-size bed, sitting area, fireplace and breathtaking view of the Smoky Mountains. Another of our bright sunny rooms, this location overlooks the rose garden and panramic mountain views. This room has a private bath with shower and beautiful, honey-colored, hardwood floors.
    A full breakfast is included with room rate. Our mouth-watering breakfasts are served to you each morning from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in our lovely dining room with views of the lawns and mountains. Enjoy watching the birds and squirrels frolick in the garden. You may even want to sit out on the back patio when the weather is warm.Make new friends with other charming people in our guest's living room while relaxing and enjoying the playful wildlife and the view from our bay window. When it's cool outside you may choose to curl up alone beside the fire with a book from our library. If the air is fresh and warm, enjoy the breezes blowing in the open doors. The nights offer views of the twinkle of home lights dotting the mountainsides.
    Fragrant aromas wafting from the kitchen greet you each morning as you awake. Our delicious daily breakfasts include such delightful things as blueberry or bananna nut belgian waffles with sausage. Our Creme'Brulee French Toast with crispy bacon is the house specialty. The egg and potato dishes are always mouthwatering and every day your meal includes fresh fruit, homebaked muffins or breads and juice. Special diets or breakfast times may be arranged for in advance.
