What makes Brookside Mountain Mist Inn so special? We're not your typical old, victorian-style bed and breakfast. Built in the 1950's, this ranch-style bed and breakfast offers oversized rooms, fireplaces, private baths and sitting areas. The wormy chestnut paneling in the enormous living room provides a warm and somewhat rustic feel to this elegant, luxury inn.
The inn's most dramatic feature is the spectacular vista seen from the back terrace. The misty Blue Ridge Mounatins. Let us be your luxury Smoky Mountain escape!

We accept cash, personal check (only if received at least two weeks prior to arrival date), travelers checks, debit cards, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
A two night minimum stay may apply on holiday weekends or special festival dates.
Deposits will be refunded with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged half of the total amount of the entire stay. No shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Whole house rentals will require at least a 14 day cancellation notice, with a $100 cancellation fee. Whole house rental cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be charged half of the entire stay amount. No shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Discounts are available for weekly stay or whole house rental.
Alternative Check-In times may be accommodated upon request.
