The Kerr House Bed and Breakfast, built in 1891, is a lovely Victorian home located in Statesville, NC. It sits under stately towering pecan and oak trees in one of Statesville's four historic districts, all of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The beautifully restored and maintained home has 4 individually decorated bedrooms each with a private bath. It is centrally located on the crossroads of I 40 and I 77. The town of Statesville is a beautiful southern town with downtown dining and antique shops.
The owners pride themselves on the friendly hospitality and excellent gourmet breakfasts.

We are a very small property and each booking is important to us. Therefore we require a 10% service fee for all bookings cancelled if the cancellation is made within 7 days for a 1to2 room booking or 30 days for a 3 to 4 room booking prior to arrival.The policy is as follows.: In the unlikely event that you must cancel after the notice period, please understand that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entire reservation. 90% of any rooms rebooked will be refunded immediately. - Accepted by the following agencies:
