Coming from the Northeast on I-95 SOUTH, Take Exit 138/HWY 64-E toward ROCKY MOUNT. Continue on 64E. Take Exit 514/HWY 17/WASHINGTON. Follow 17S into BRIDGETON. Exit RIGHT onto 55 E toward Bayboro. At the first traffic light(HANDY MART on corner) turn RIGHT onto BROAD CREEK RD. Travel 6 mi into FAIRFIELD HARBOUR. Take the SECOND RIGHT onto MARINA DR. At the stop sign, turn right onto HARBOURSIDE DR. Travel .5 mi & turn left into HARBOUR MASTER VILLAS. BROAD CREEK GUEST QUARTERS - 6229 HARBOURSIDE DR(2nd floor). PASTRIES BAKED FRESH AT NEW BERN'S OWN 'CAROLINA BAGEL COMPANY' -Giant, delicious blueberry & bran muffins are always available! Danishes, fabulous cinnamon rolls, signature Barber Poles(Cinn/Raisin Twists), & unsurpassed fresh-baked bagels are ALL favorites. A fresh fruit basket & a variety of instant oatmeals & grits are provided. STARBUCKS COFFEE(reg/decaf)and a variety of teas are on your coffee bar along with creamers, sugars, and a honey bear. Choice of Apple/Orange Juice.
Policies
- Minimum stay required (2 nights required)
- Smoking is allowed outside only (Building has protected outside smoking areas.)
- Guest pets are welcome (2 pet max(dogs/cats)- $25/nt per pet-Copy of shots required)
- Children are welcome (3rd person $35/nt; Crib-$15/nt)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (On site waterfront restaurant/lounge/Live Music)
- Deposit amount required (A deposit of 1/2(condo rate + tax by CREDIT CARD)stay required for reservation.Balance at check in. Regardless of late arrival or early departure, guests are responsible for all nights reserved.)
- Check in time is 4PM-6PM and Check out time is 10AM
- Cancellations:
If booked through the INNKEEPERS, the deposit is refundable provided cancellation is made no later than 14 days prior to your arrival. There is a $35 Processing Fee charged to ALL cancellations or 10%, whichever is greater. If the cancellaton is after the 14 days & 48 HOURS BEFORE CK IN DATE, & we are able to book the entire stay, the deposit will be refunded. If we're unable to book your reserved dates, the deposit may be applied to another stay of equal or greater value used within 6 months of the original reservation(A reservation made using a balance from a cancelled reservation is non-refundable on the future stay regardless of the time/date cancelled.) *GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL NIGHTS RESERVED REGARDLESS OF LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE* 'No shows' are automatically charged the full amount of the entire stay. Harold, originally of Brooklyn, NY and Peg from Charleston, SC sailed into Northwest Creek Marina aboard 'Passages', a 41' Sea Wolf Ketch, our home of 25 years. We decided to become land dwellers, fell in love with the historic charm of New Bern & the coastal beauty & life style of Fairfield Harbour, sold our beautiful boat, bought condos, & here we are looking forward to meeting you & receiving you as our guests. - The innkeepers speak: English
