From the Northeast on I-95 South, Take Exit 138 toward Rocky Mount onto Hwy 64E. Continue on 64E, exiting onto 17S/Washington exit. Follow 17S to Bridgeton. Stay right following the well-marked signs, taking the hard right Exit toward Bayboro/55E. On 55E turn right at the first traffic light onto Broad Creek R. Follow Broad Creek Road(6mi) into Fairfield Harbour. Take the 2nd right onto Marina Dr. At the first stop sign, turn right onto Harbourside Dr. Wind around, & at Dockside Dr. on your left, turn left. We are the brown 2 story cedar building on pilings on your left(HARBOUR MASTER VILLAS). On arrival, please call 252 474 5329. - Nearest major airport: New Bern, NC (EWN) 13 miles

Turn left onto 70W. Stay in the right lane. Follow the signs toward 17N Washington, NC/55E Bayboro. Once on the bridge crossing the Neuse River, stay in the right lane toward Bayboro, 55E. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Broad Creek Rd. Broad Creek Rd. becomes Fairfield Harbour at the clearly marked entrance. Take the 2nd right onto Marina Dr. Take the first right onto Harbourside Dr. Wind around toward Northwest Creek. On your left, see Dockside Dr. Turn left & park in front of the brown building on your left. Please call 252 474 5329, so we may direct you to your suite.

Creamers, a variety of sugars, and a honey bear are provided.

- Deposit amount required (A deposit of 1/2(condo rate + tax by CREDIT CARD)stay required for reservation.Balance at check in. Regardless of late arrival or early departure guests are responsible for all nights reserved.)
- Check in time is 4PM-6PM and Check out time is 10AM
- Cancellations:
If booked through the INNKEEPERS, the deposit is refundable provided cancellation is made no later than 14 days prior to your arrival. There is a $35 Processing Fee charged to ALL cancellations. If you cancel after the 14 days, there is no refund unless we book your entire stay. If we're unable to book your reserved dates, the deposit may be applied to another stay of equal or greater value used within 6 months of the original reservation. *Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure* 'No shows' are automatically charged the full amount of the entire stay. We decided to become land dwellers, fell in love with the historic charm of New Bern & the coastal beauty & life style of Fairfield Harbour, sold our beautiful boat, bought condos, & here we are looking forward to meeting you & receiving you as our guests. - The innkeepers speak: English
