    • Cancellations: If booked through the INNKEEPERS, the deposit is refundable provided cancellation is made no later than 14 days prior to your arrival. There is a $35 Processing Fee charged to ALL cancellations or 10%, whichever is greater. If the cancellaton is after the 14 days & 48 HOURS BEFORE CK IN DATE, & we are able to book the entire stay, the deposit will be refunded.     GOLF, FISHING, BOAT RAMP, SWIMMING POOLS(Heated Indoor pool, too), LAKES, GARDENS, BEACHES, SAILING CRUISES, RESTAURANTS, BEAUTY SALON!! The beautiful garden view from Guest Quarters South's large picture window is fantastic, creating a light and airy living space. Our stay has been filled with warm days and lovely nights, making the private screened porch our favorite haven. The adjacent tennis courts, putt-putt golf, basketball court( equipment included for all),bike rentals, game room, gym, HEATED indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, and picnic area are adjacent to our condo and INCLUDED in the rate. I love the hot tub and the sauna as well as the exercise classes. My husband loves the gym followed by a massage!! Our membership in this facility includes a full-service concierge desk, towels, showers, lockers, restrooms, computer rooms, a printer, WIFI, and fresh coffee all day long. There's even a room available for private functions and a fabulous outdoor event pavillion as well. Liveability in these private condos is incredible. The bed comfort is a 'WOW', the closet space excellent, and the living/dining area charming and ample. The kitchen with stove top cooking, a small fridge with a freezer, and all needed cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. is fantastic. There's even a washer and dryer-YES! Kim supplies everything from dish soap to paper towels to laundry detergent to napkins and so much more! Great Housekeeping to boot---- Broad Creek Guest Quarters is across the street from Northwest Creek Marina and only a few more steps to the fishing pier and boat ramp. How perfect! At Broad Creek Guest Quarters the WIFI works well and fast all the time. Great Direct TV with many channels.

    Even before we arrived, we knew this would be an outstanding experience. The owner, Kim, is a great communicator and made us feel like old friends with the first confirming email. We we arrived, we were not dissppointed! She met us at the quarters, showed us everything, and made it clear that we must call her right away with even the smallest question. We loved our stay. The bed was comfy, the continental breakfast was delicious. Kim continued to be accomodating and personable throughout our stay! We will be back often because we visit New Bern several times a year! A fabulous place to stay!!

    My wife and I stayed during Thanksgiving holiday. It had all the elegance of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel New York City and the personal, down to earth service of a Top B & B. The only things that trumped the abundant amenities of the resort and the impeccable servicewe received from of our host Kim, was the breathtaking views of the river at sunrise and sunset. You can't go wrong at Broad Creek Guest Quarters! I have already booked our next romantic stay!
