    Formal Dining Room
    The grand foyer and parlor have been richly decorated in an elegant, yet warm and inviting manner. Step through the front entry of this Tudor Revival mansion and see the unique Italian marble fireplace, ten foot tall ceilings, and a magnificent staircase surrounded by hand carved black walnut walls. Sink into one of the comfortable down chairs and relax in the red gentlemen's parlor stocked with books and a variety of magazines. A game table awaits you for a challenging game of chess or cards.
    Room One – This bold and cheery room is decorated in warm shades of jade and amethyst, facing to the north and overlooking the front lawn. It has one queen size bed adorned with a luxurious down comforter and fine Italian linens, an in suite bath with marble shower. Located on the first floor with a private entry exterior door. Rates vary seasonally from $139-149
    Room Two - A beautiful hand painted armoire and tables featured in this room, which is done in shades of azure. This room faces north and overlooks the front lawn and fountain. The comforter that covers this grand mahogany bed perfectly complements the room's décor. Private in suite bath with tub, seated shower boasting fine imported Italian tile. Also a very asked for room.

    Room Three - The light copper and warm chocolate color scheme of this king size bed room with a blend of antiques and rich wood furnishings also includes a private in suite bathroom and over looks our formal english garden this room is said to evoke a feeling of serenity.     10th ANNIVERSARY TRIP

    We needed a to get away, but were not able to go too far. I've never been to Mount Airy and found Sobotta Manor B&B on line. Boy did we hit the jackpot! Everything was perfect from the room, the breakfast, to the hostess. We were able to get some much needed rest, enjoy the surroundings, and wonderful company. I love that Main Street is within walking distance. We can't wait to go back. Five stars are not enough.

    The Sobatta Manor was so beautiful! Breakfasts were decadent. Robin, our hostess, was very friendly and helpful and a delight to talk to.

    The Sobotta Manor boasts his and hers master suites and this luxury suite was hers. Inspired by the former first lady and using a palate of color’s that mimics those found in the Inn’s splendid gardens that she loved so much! Decorated, using the rainbow, from the deep rich heirloom burgundy to light and golden shades of dandelion. This suite offer’s elegant surroundings that somehow seem to just encourage lazy self-indulgence and with its large rich furnishing’s many generous amenities, this suite has quickly become a favorite.

    The Bedroom and Breakfast were outstanding, could not have been better...after all, isn't that what a Bed & Breakfast should be all about!! However, there was much in the way of a bonus that added to our stay; hospitality, laid back, restful, stories, history, quiet, location, basically, very upscale-small town "Mayberry"!!! My wife and I plan to go back!!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was decorated beautifully for the holidays and our breakfast was fabulous. The Inn was very accommodating by providing a roll-away bed for our son to sleep on and Robin made an excellent recommendation for a local dinner spot that was delicious. I can’t say enough good things about Sobatta Manor.
