We offer a relaxed-casual/elegant atmosphere at our 1901 home, known locally as the Smith House. The property is located in the Appalachian Mountains and has vista views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We are located 18 miles/minutes north of Asheville and centrally located in Mars Hill. Come in, relax and be indulged!

Cancellation penalties will be waived if a new reservation or date change is confirmed at the time of cancellation.

    Come in relax, and be indulged! Enjoy the views, peace and tranquility. This is our Dining Room, Breakfast is served!
    Oak Ridge Bedroom, located on the main floor. Private bathroom is en-suite. The bed is queen size.This is our Blue Ridge Room. Private bath is located down the hall. The bed is queen size.
    Appalachian Suite, has 2 separate sleeping areas. And a private bath accessible form either section of the suite. This suite accommodates a maximum of 3 persons. One bed is queen size and the other is a twin daybed.Our Main Street Room has a private bath that is en-suite. The bed is queen size.
    Bailey Mountain Room, has a private bath that is en-suite. The bed is queen size. This is our Foyer with a view into the Sitting Room. The Sitting room is perfect for that fire side chat or to read a book.
    Our wrap around porch is the perfect spot to relax. Weather permitting you may have breakfast served at one of our porch tables.Mountain view from the backyard. The tallest peak is known as Bailey Mountain.
