The inn was lovely and our room (French Room) was charming and spotless. The innkeeper, Kathryn Scott, provided good company and a delicious breakfast.

My first B&B experience couldn't have been better. Kathryn and Gary were very warm and welcoming. The Inn is beautifully decorated with compfortable furnishings and beds. We stayed in the Carriage house which was perfect. The gourmet breakfast was very good and the presentation was lovely. I truly did not want to leave and can't wait to return. Thank you!! L.Dunivan

Not a value for the bucks.

Breakfast was not "gourmet" as advertised. Nothing made from scratch. Certainly not exceptional. Review would warrant a higher rating if the price point was lower.

This was the most memorable private vacation my husband and I have enjoyed. The Inn was much more than we expected. The hospitality was super. The beds were impressive. The Carriage House suite was by far the greatest place ever for coziness and quietness. A masterpiece! Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

    We will go back!

We usually stay in hotels when we go places, but decided against it this time. We stayed in the Rose room. Everything was better than we could have hoped for. The innkeepers were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. This house is jusy awesome! I have never been in such a nice house. We wanted to go to the Outer Banks, but didnt want to pay the price to stay there. This was well worth the price. We will definately go back!
