    From uptown Charlotte take 7th street until you reach Kings Drive, make a left onto Kings, when you reach the 1st light, Kings now becomes Central Ave. Stay on Central until the & go to the 4th light and make a left onto The Plaza. The Estate is located 1/2 mile down on the right.

    Take the main road leading from airport and follow to the exit sign for Billy Graham Pkwy East.On Billy Graham go through 2 lights and at the 3rd light turn left. Get into right lane and turn right at sign for I-77 North. Follow I-77 north to John Belk Freeway and Bank of America stadium exit. On John Belk going past stadium, take a right for (Hwy16 or 3rd street) this brings you down a small hill to light, turn right at light. Go to next light and turn left, this will be Kings Drive, which will turn into Central Ave. Follow Central Ave. to The Plaza and turn left. The estate sits 1/2 mile on the right side of The Plaza.

A Homemade Southern Breakfast is included with all of our guestrooms. Please observe that the Estate is a non-smoking establishment and we do not permit pets. Please remember that we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Reservations not cancelled 48-hours prior to the day of arrival will be charged full rate for one evening. There will be a $10 transaction fee per night for ALL cancelled online reservations. Thank you.
