Frittata- Organic eggs blended with crisp asparagus and fresh mint or basil from our garden then topped with organic parmesan cheese.
Salad- Organic greens topped with crispy tempeh "bacon", hard boiled eggs, potatoes, mandarin oranges, and tomato with an orange and maple dressing.

Rose is a Board Certified Nutrition Consultant and uses her diverse knowledge of health and nutrition and matches it with a love for food preparation, cooking, and entertaining.
