On our way back from Grandfather Mountain we came upon this historic town and discovered Nuwray Inn. Very comfortable place to relax. People here are very friendly. We enjoyed Nuwray Inn and the wonderful little town.

The warmth of the parlor continues to draw guests winter and summer. A fire burns from the first chill of fall to the end of spring.
Need a private room for a meeting? The "Blue Room" has its own balcony as well. Can be arranged to suit your group.
The Fireside Restaurant offers gourmet dining in a casual atmosphere. The menu offers a variety of selections, with special dishes each meal.Plan your party or wedding in the garden and on our large deck.
The garden fountain offers a relaxing corner to watch the humming birds.Fall color tours start on the Town Square, with many less traveled roads and impressive views. No traffic jams - just good folks when you get back to the Inn.
