We spent a long weekend here in the Spring House Cabin (detached from the B&B) and it was wonderful. The whole premise was clean and Scott and Anne were fantastic hosts, gracious, helpful and not at all overbearing. Every morning we had a wonderful breakfast that was different each day with fresh juices and unique offerings as opposed to the usual short order cook meals. They were extremely accommodating, allowing use of the grounds, kitchen area, etc. The cabin was spotless with ample room for a couple looking to get away. The gas fireplace was a great touch to warm up the room on those cold nights. Although the cabin was 30 steps from the main house, it was very quiet and private. We had a great time especially watching Heidi (the house pouch) cruising around the grounds sniffing away. It's a short walk into town so long as you like to walk. Definitely recommend the Lovill House!

this is a lovely inn. It is close enough to town to be convenient to all that Boone has to offer...restaurants, shops, museum, more. We only were able to stay one night, but hope to return again soon. It is immaculate and very comfortable. A 5 star inn in our opinion!
