The natural beauty, abundant fish and wildlife, and safe anchorage attracted them. For nearly 130 years, our lovely cottage has contributed to the charms of Beaufort. We invite you to make the Anchorage House your home in Beaufort as you sample the areas many attractions. The 1883 Gothic Revival cottage has many historic treasures such as heart pine floors, mahogany doors, archways and mantels.Has a queen size wrought iron bed with a pillow top mattress and an inverted paneling bathroom and a single-person Jacuzzi Tub. Other amenities include: Wireless internet access, simulated wood burning stove, and cable television.
