Theodosia's Bed and Breakfast

A "New Victorian" seaside Inn with porches, gables and balconies. The main house has eight guest rooms each with private bath. The carriage house has two very private rooms and three more guest rooms are located in the cottage. Each room has a porch or balcony of its own and each has a water view. The Inn is located on the marina in the charming Harbor Village area of Bald Head Island.

    • Cancellations:
      Credit card will secure reservation. Cancelations received seven days or more before scheduled arrival will not incur a room charge however there is a $25 processing fee charged with each cancellation. Full stay is charged with less than seven day notice. Full reservation charged for holiday weekend within 30 days of reservation. Additional charges may appply to group events.
