The original carriage house has just undergone a total renovation, offering 2 brand new, pet-friendly guest suites with fireplaces and kitchenettes. Extremely luxurious furnishings and well equipped baths, one is also ADA compliant. The carriage house is surrounded by a flagstone terrrace and covered and open porches.

- Deposit amount required (A deposit of one night's rate per room is required at the time of the reservation for 1 to 2 nights. For 3 or more nights, a 50% deposit for the entire stay is required.)
- Check in time is 3-6 pm and Check out time is 11am
- Cancellations:
Reservation cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date (30 days notice required for special packages, fall season, and Holidays) are subject to a $25.00 rebooking fee. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation. There are no refunds for early departure. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
