The Autumn room was redecorated in 2009. This has been our most popular room with a queen-size bed, comfortable sitting & reading area, private bath with a scultped tub that is great for bubblebaths.
The Spring room has a King-size bed and the largest bathroom in the house. There are 2 wingback chairs (one is a recliner) for relaxing and reading, The bathroom has a separate tiled tub and shower as well as a porcelain sink and cherry cabinets.

A great place from which to visit Biltmore and the perfect host and hostess too. Could not have been nicer, known more, or shared it more graciously. Ashville was also a fun town for dining and looking around.
4.6 out of 5Great B&B in a perfect location
September 19, 2012
Karen & Andy are prefect hosts, full of great recommendations for your trip to Asheville. The location is excellent, less than a mile from the Biltmore Village, and breakfast is truly a treat. The value provided by Corner Oak Manor can't be beat. All bedrooms have their own private bath. There's a small refrigerator in the dining area for guests use, and there's no TV, which is exactly the way it should be.

5 out of 5My stay at Corner Oak Manor.
December 14, 2011
My duaghter and I went to Asheville to see an old college freind whom I had not seen in 20 years. We stayed at the Corner Oak Manor, our first experience at a bed and breakfast. It will not be our last. The room was wonderful, the host and hostess were awesome and breakfast was wonderful!!!!! We are planning a trip in the spring to Asheville and we will definitely try to stay at the Corner Oak Manor again!!!
4.8 out of 5Winter Night in the Summer Room
December 14, 2011
While I fear we may not have been the favorite guests of Gary and Karen (accidentally called Gary when I meant to call the cab late at night!), they were certainly the most gracious hosts!! Gary was friendly as all get-out when we arrived 4 hours earlier than check out, and they were more than prepared with our room clean and ready, along with plenty of recommendations for shopping and sight-seeing. We stayed in the Summer room which was comfortable and spacious enough for a early-evening cocktail sit-down/relax before dinner. Though we only stayed for one night, we had enough time to enjoy the bed, which was comfortable, the shower/bathroom (EXCELLENT bath/shower supplies, loved the smell of the soap/shampoo/conditioner, and my hair felt silky and smooth), and (of course!) the breakfast. Karen whipped up some creamy eggs with tomato, spinach, and feta served with thick pepper bacon and fresh fruit on the side. A little "breakfast appetizer" of cranberry cinnamon muffins felt more like a dessert, and it's obvious that she's a whiz in the kitchen! So much thanks to Gary and Karen for being so understanding, so kind, and so patient! Next time I'm in Asheville, I know where to stay!
