The Brigman House is on the National Register of Historic Places, and what an incredible home for a perfect Bed and Breakfast experience. Fully & lovingly restored in 2004, this home is virtually brand new yet with incredible charm of the past. There are 4 guest rooms at The Historic Brigman House, The Magnolia Room, The Carolina Room, Carlee's Room & The Wright Room.
The Brigman House is wonderful for family reunions and may be reserved like a Vacation Rental - "an Inn without an innkeeper" - as a 5 bedroom 4.5 bath "self-catering" home.
BreakAway Cabin is a delightful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath cabin, new in 2004 and will accommodate up to 6 guests (6 with a double futon bed). Great for families and is pet friendly. Right next door to the Brigman House, combine the two for larger groups and a 7 BR 6.5 Bath Reunion Home.

From I-26 heading North, exit #21, right at end of ramp onto Aikin/New Stock Road, immediate left at traffic light onto Merrimon Avenue, Hwy 25. Go approximately 1 mile north to right on Reems Creek Road, go 5.5 miles. Turn left at Hawks Landing entrance. Immediate left into parking area with "Visitor Parking" and "BreakAway" sign. - Nearest major airport: Asheville, NC (AVL) 25 miles

Get onto I-26 West. Take Exit #21, end of ramp turn rt onto New Stock Road/Aiken Rd, make immediate left onto Weaverville Hwy/ Merrimon Ave, Hwy 25 North. Go approximately 1 mile, turn right onto Reems Creek Road, go 5.5 miles, left into Hawk's Landing, make immediate left into parking lot, approximately 30 minutes from airport.

Cancellation policy for Rooms and per Room reserved, 1 nights room rate is due at the time of the reservation to hold the room and is refundable minus a $25.00 booking fee up until 7 days prior to the check-in date. Full payment is due within 7 days of the check-in date. For longer stays of 4 or more nights and/or for multiple rooms (2 to 3), there will be a longer non-refundable period requirement of 14 days. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict policy. Since rooms are guaranteed for the entire length of the reservation (we do not over-book rooms), there are no refunds for early departures or "no shows".
Cancellation Policy for Whole House bookings and/or Vacation Rental bookings, 50% of the total rate is due to hold the reservation and is refundable, minus a $35.00 booking fee, up until 60 days prior to the check-in date. 60 days in advance of the reservation date, payment is due in full and is non-refundable. If re-bookings occur, partial reimbursment may be applicable. - Accepted by the following agencies:
