    S&W Room

The S&W Room is fresh and dramatic with four poster, black lacquer bed. Complete with hardwood floors, oriental rugs and a breakfast nook that overlooks the gardens. The bathroom is a crisp and clean black and white, with JACUZZI TUB with shower. This room is named after the S&W Building -- one of the most classic Art Deco buildings downtown.Jackson Room

This room, decorated in warm yellows and accented with black, is a seamless blend of Neoclassic and Asian influences. Hardwood floors, canopy bed, FIREPLACE, JACUZZI TUB with shower, and full vanity complement the Jackson's eclectic and comfortable surroundings.
    Kress Room

The Kress brings "Shabby Chic" to Hill House! Shades of whites and blues with accents of silver create a fresh and light ambience. Located on a corner of the second floor, one may enjoy afternoon tea and quiet seclusion in a winged back Victorian chair at a table for two. The bathroom is the purest of whites charmed with a silver gilded clawfoot tub, pedestal sink and chandelier.Arcade Room

Golden faux finished walls warm this secluded cornerstone treasure. Located on the ground floor, the Arcade fashions a bright and airy ambience with its multi-windowed structure, including a cozy window seat - just perfect for an afternoon read. The original clawfoot tub and shower adorned with delicate dragon flies add to the Arcade's unpredictably charming appeal.
    Battery Park Suite

A great little suite with the most perfect sitting room. It was intended as a sleeping porch and is surrounded by windows for wonderful light and air. Queen bed, private bathroom with shower, very comfy daybed sofa and chair. Finished in cream colors with touches of black and lots of texture, it has a Neo-Classic flair. The Hill House Parlor

Sit and relax in front of a warming fire while sipping afternoon tea or partaking in our delectable treats.
    'Botomless' Cookie Jar

A Hill House Tradition -- There's always mouth-watering chocolate chip cookies to take care of those late night cravings.Bailey
