Minimum Stay: 2 nights on weekends between May and Sept and Nov and Dec. or Holidays

Deposit Amount Required: A deposit equal to 1 nights stay if booking 2 nights or 1/2 your stay for more nights will be charged at the time you place your reservation.

Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be received via email and valid upon Inn's acknowledgement of said cancellation. 14 day prior notice of cancellation will receive a refund of 1/2 the booked stay with a 25.00 processing fee except in the case of ,meetings, and events or between the peak seasons of May through Sept. At these times there is a 1/4 refund available with a 25.00 processing fee when cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to your booked stay. Christmas and whole house bookings receive no refunds. We ask that you please do not book if you are not sure and understand that cancellations impact small lodges and other guests more seriously than larger establishments.

Follow this 2.5 miles and look for our billboard on left.From Carrizozo and points W and N Take Hwy 380 East out of Carrizozo for 8 miles,veer right onto Hwy 37 for 11.1 miles.Be prepared to turn right up our lane when you see our billboard.
