Cancellations: If your plans change and you let us know at least 10 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $25 per room cancellation fee. Otherwise your full deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation or no show. During holidays and the International Balloon Fiesta an advance deposit equal to one half the total charges is required. If your plans change and you let us know at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $50 per room cancellation fee. Otherwise your full deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation or no show. During these peak periods, guests will be charged for their entire booked stay, including early departures and late arrivals.

From I-25 North - Exit Osuna and follow the collector to Osuna, turn right (West) go 2.3 miles over the railroad tracks. The next right will be Tierra Drive, turn right onto Tierra. The Inn will be on the right about 1/4 mile. From I-25 South: Exit Osuna , turn left (West) go 2.4 miles over the railroad tracks. The next right will be Tierra Drive, turn right onto Tierra. The Inn will be on the right about 1/4 mile.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hacienda Antigua. We loved the historical aspect of the compound and learned a great deal about it from the very friendly ownver Bob Thompson. We would go again, and definitelly recommend to our friends. Karen and Doug Canada
