    Reservation Policy

    • Minimum stay: On certain rooms, min 2-night weekends on Peak Season; 3-night min on holidays.

    • Deposit amount required: A 50% credit card deposit is required with remainder processed 7 days prior to check in.

    • Cancellations: Cancellation Policy:

Peak season: You will receive a refund of your deposit less a cancellation fee of $50 per room if you cancel 21 days prior to a weekend arrival date. Under 21 days, you will receive a full or partial refund only if we are able to fill the vacancy caused by your cancellation, less a $100 cancellation fee. If the hotel is unable to fill the vacancy, you will be charged the full amount. There are no refunds or changes on single-night weekend bookings which must be prepaid in full.

Peak weeknight cancellations follow same terms and conditions, using 11 days instead of 21 days prior to arrival date.

Off Peak season: 3-day cancellation for weekends; 1-day for weeknights, subject to above terms.

    What a wondeful b&b. I work for The Ritz-Carlton hotel chain, and needless to say, I'm extremely picky. But The Inn on Main, exceeded our expectations! Extremely clean, wonderful staff, warm room and just wonderful charm and comfort! No doubt about it we will stay at The Inn on Main when we visit Manasquan in the future years!

    Very nice rooms, the lobby and elevator were unbearably hot though. Rooms were very expensive.

    I was able to see a lot of the rooms since many family members booked rooms here as well. Each was impeccably clean, beautifult decorated, and beyond comfortable. We are planning to stay next year on our one year anniversary!

    The Inn on Main is a gorgeous place. It was clean, quaint and very accommodating. I was only there for one night for a wedding but would consider going back for a longer stay. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

    The room was beautiful, super clean and the best hotel bed I've ever slept in, but over priced. There were no instructions for the TV, no tissues anywhere in the room, and only 1 small trash can in the bathroom. I know most people have cell phones, but my family had booked almost the entire hotel, and it would've been nice to have phones in the room so we could've called each other. Also, there were no menus for the restaurants that delivered to the hotel.
