We loved everything about the property, décor, rooms, etc. Everything about the Inn was extremely beautiful, peaceful, and charming. Breakfast the next morning was delicious! The only advice I have to people looking to stay here is to be a little wary if there is a wedding booked that day/night ( which happens very frequently here). Upon arrival we couldn't wait to check out the property and relax by the fire but were told we needed to go to our room because the cocktail hour would be taking place where we were. We wanted to be able to enjoy everything the Chimney HilL Estate Inn had to offer but unfortunately felt like we were in the way and limited to spending time in our room which was a shame since it really is so beautiful. We couldn't wait to experience the wonderful service and charm that comes with staying at a B&B but when a wedding is taking place that is of course where the focus is, which unfortunately affected our stay. That being said we would still come back, we would just make sure that it is a non-wedding weekend so we could really get the full experience!

The owner was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. Lots of little goodies and amenities in the butler's pantry in the main house. Very nostalgic and rustic yet all the modern conveniences as well (WiFi, TV, Microwave, Jacuzzi etc). Only 5 minutes from New Hope but off the beaten path, quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it and I plan on going back.

The Chimney Hill Estate Inn proved to be a beautiful place to call home for a night, rustic and quaint but not compromising in quality. The room was large and stunning, clean, and pleasant. The inn itself is very, very pretty, resting on beautiful land and featuring alpacas to pet - a very nice touch! I was impressed with the kindness and generosity of the owner, who signed us in and personally gave us directions and recommendations to local places to eat. I was worried because we were paying with a gift certificate that we would be treated less than regular paying customers, but was greeted with nothing short of warm hospitality. My one complaint may be that it was a little bit confusing checking in and out - it was not clear where we were supposed to go or what we were supposed to do, and when we were checking out there was no staff around to talk to so we had to call the owner. This is just a quibble though, and honestly, added to the feeling that this is a personal, quaintly run inn, endearing because it is very human. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice quiet stay. Had to wait until 9 am for breakfast. They should have an earlier breakfast. WiFi did not reach our room. Ugh!
