We have stayed here several times in the past. The experience is quite consistent, and this is one of the most tranquil place you can imagine. A wonderful, stately home in a fabulous area of New Jersey and Bucks County, Penna.

I'm not really a B&B person but this stay was very satisfying, for the reduced price. Looking at the full price I doubt very much I would have stayed here. The employees we met were exceedingly friendly. The "country breakfast" was somewhat underwhelming. Would certainly stay there again at a reduced price but not for full retail. BTW - The alpacas were interesting and very friendly.

Beautiful, quiet, and relaxing not to mentioned fun. We had a great room at a reasonable price. We also had the unique experience of feeding the alpacas in the fenced in area in the back of the property. Breakfast was delicious as well. We would return and will recommend this location to others.

Outstanding property. Room size exceeded expectation. Immediately felt like home. Extremely quiet - barely heard a sound while in room. Staff pleasant and helpful. Loved the alpacas and the opportunity to obtain food to feed them. Slight glitch with billing - coupon not applied and charged full price. Staff helpful to resolve. Great rural location. Not "downtown", and a stepping stone to the many attractions in the area.

We spent a weekend at the Chimney Hill Estate Inn in February. Nice location up a hill and near a trail with an overlook of the Waterworks in New Hope, PA. The farmhouse is roomy downstairs for all to enjoy. The fire was going in the great room and made for a warm and cozy place to curl up and play guitar. We stayed in the Tapestry Room which was number 3. It was located upstairs and in the back of the house. The room was warmed up by the electric fireplace and a comfy king size bed. There was a door outside to a little rooftop balcony which gave us an opportunity to see the full moon. The bathroom had a claw foot tub which added to the experience of staying at a place set to the time period. The next morning we came downstairs to see the dining room tables set for breakfast with a fruit cocktail at each place setting. We had quiche and potatoes with orange juice and coffee. Afterwards, we went to see the alpacas on the property. Cute guys! Nice way to end our weekend! Thank you.

We bought it a a year in advance hoping to go after our son was born, then we found out we were expecting again. The owner was so understanding to let us book when we could get a sitter and I wasn't suffering with morning sickness. The place had a decor that was classy and antique. The bed was like melting into pure heaven, it was quite and for my hubby complimentary wine. I enjoyed the cookies when we checked in :) breakfast was a delicious fruit cup with honey and granola on the side to start with fresh coffee and juice. Richard made us quiche and potatoes, perfect! I shopped the alpaca store they had which was so cool because I was looking for warm Gloves for my 2yr. Old. Last blessing was the alpacas were a delight to feed when we checking out. I can't wait to go back!

We stayed overnight during Christmas week. The main house was decorated so beautifully. We had a great time feeding the alpacas. Breakfast was delicious! We hope to go back again

First of all, OMG the alpacas are the cutest! We stayed in room number 4 while we were there, which gave us easy access to the downstairs breakfast. If you stay in at the b&b, definitely recommend driving your car or getting a taxi to/from the town because it's QUITE a hike into the town (Maybe 30-45 minutes if you walk fast?) and not very pedestrian-friendly from the b&b. Richard was AWESOME! Will definitely come back and stay at the coveted barn suite next time!!! :) ~ Kelly Ann Gonzales and Derek Boyle (he gave us champagne for my fiances beyond! So Sweet!!!)

We loved everything about the property, décor, rooms, etc. Everything about the Inn was extremely beautiful, peaceful, and charming. Breakfast the next morning was delicious! The only advice I have to people looking to stay here is to be a little wary if there is a wedding booked that day/night ( which happens very frequently here). Upon arrival we couldn't wait to check out the property and relax by the fire but were told we needed to go to our room because the cocktail hour would be taking place where we were. We wanted to be able to enjoy everything the Chimney HilL Estate Inn had to offer but unfortunately felt like we were in the way and limited to spending time in our room which was a shame since it really is so beautiful. We couldn't wait to experience the wonderful service and charm that comes with staying at a B&B but when a wedding is taking place that is of course where the focus is, which unfortunately affected our stay. That being said we would still come back, we would just make sure that it is a non-wedding weekend so we could really get the full experience!
